HR Specialist – Payroll + HR tasks (CDS)

Location : Diegem

Languages : Dutch, English and French

  

We are currently looking for an HR payroll admin to join Human Resources department based in Diegem.

In this function, you will be responsible for payroll activities for Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

Additional HR tasks will be part of the daily work.

 

Tasks

 

  • Preparation of payroll in collaboration with payroll provider (social secretariat)

  • Update the internal payroll database and ensure timely payments

  • Have a good knowledge of compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance in order to answer questions from your peers

  • Operational management of insurances: declaration of new members on the different company platforms

  • follow-up of absences  in the time registration tool (illness/maternity leave …)

  • Prepare reporting for finance on month closing (payroll/accruals holiday payment, 13th month)

  • Joiner/leaver administration

  • General administration: drafting administrative documents as well as attestations, administrative follow up on time-credit / parental leave as well as educational leave, etc.

  • Administrative follow up on training requests

  • Keep personal files  and HR systems (Protime/workday) up to date   

  • Maintain, manage and implement the changes related to social legislation     

  • Deliver support/inputs within the HR team on HR related topics


General :

 

  • Good knowledge of Belgium legislation, knowledge of French/Luxemburg legislation is an asset

  • Good knowledge of  MS office (excel, word), protime,

  • Languages : Dutch, English , basic French

  • Accurate, detailed and responsible  

  • Positive attitude during  busy moments (monthly payroll, year closing )

  • Flexible

  • Eager to learn

  • Good knowledge of HR processes
